1. Agreement and Apple EULA
By downloading, accessing, or using Messenger Multi Business, you agree to these Terms and the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (Standard EULA). These Terms supplement the Standard EULA and do not replace it.
If these Terms conflict with the Standard EULA, the Standard EULA controls to the extent required for the iOS license. Mandatory consumer rights and other laws that cannot be waived remain applicable.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13, or the higher minimum age required by law or by any connected or optional third-party service in your location. Where a relevant service requires a minimum age of 16, that higher age applies. If you are under the age of legal majority, you need permission from a parent or legal guardian.
You may use the app only if you can legally enter this agreement and are not prohibited from using it under applicable law.
3. App license and purpose
Subject to these Terms, the Standard EULA, and your App Store purchase rights, TrueTapp grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on eligible Apple devices.
The app provides a workspace for up to 4 independent compatible web sessions plus optional productivity features. It does not create, merge, own, or control third-party accounts or guarantee that a third-party service will remain compatible or available.
4. Independent app and third-party services
Messenger Multi Business is developed independently by TrueTapp Mobile Apps Ltda. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by WhatsApp LLC, Meta Platforms, Inc., or their affiliates. WhatsApp and Meta are trademarks of their respective owners.
You are responsible for following the terms, age requirements, policies, and account rules of WhatsApp, Meta, Apple, OpenAI, GIPHY, and every other service you connect or choose to use. A service provider may suspend access, change its interface, or end compatibility at any time.
You must have the right and authorization to access every account and submit every piece of content used through the app. The app is not a substitute for official authorization from a third-party service.
5. Acceptable use
Use the app lawfully and responsibly. You must not use it to send spam; harass, threaten, deceive, or impersonate anyone; distribute illegal or infringing content; violate privacy or publicity rights; scrape or harvest data without authorization; bypass security or service limits; distribute malware; interfere with the app or another service; or support conduct prohibited by applicable law or third-party terms.
You must not reverse engineer, copy, resell, rent, sublicense, or create derivative works from the app except where applicable law expressly permits it.
6. Your accounts and content
You retain rights you already hold in content you submit. You are responsible for that content, the recipients you choose, account security, connected-device access, backups, and compliance with workplace or client obligations.
Do not share passwords, QR codes, authentication codes, or tokens with TrueTapp support. If you believe an account is compromised, use the official account provider’s security and connected-device controls.
7. AI and other optional tools
AI writing and chat tools are optional and depend on third-party processing. Output can be incomplete, inaccurate, offensive, outdated, or unsuitable. Review and edit output before sending or relying on it. Do not use AI output as professional legal, medical, financial, employment, or safety advice.
You must have permission to send the input to the provider. Do not submit secrets, authentication information, highly sensitive personal data, confidential client data, or content you are not permitted to disclose. GIF search and other optional tools also depend on their providers’ availability and rules.
8. Purchases, subscriptions, and restore
The App Store purchase screen shows the product, billing period, current price, trial or offer eligibility, and other terms before confirmation. Apple processes payment and manages refunds under its policies. TrueTapp does not receive your full payment card details.
A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it in your Apple Account subscription settings within Apple’s required time. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Use Restore Purchases in the app for eligible transactions associated with the Apple Account used to purchase.
If a non-subscription purchase described as lifetime is offered, it covers the app features identified at purchase for the serviceable life of that product, subject to the Standard EULA, platform availability, and mandatory law. It does not guarantee that a third-party service will operate forever.
9. Advertising and rewards
The app may display ads, including contextual or personalized ads where allowed. If the app offers a reward for viewing an ad, the availability and result of that reward can depend on successful provider confirmation. Blocking, interrupting, or manipulating the ad flow may prevent the reward.
10. Availability and changes
TrueTapp may maintain, update, add, limit, or retire app features. Compatibility can change because of iOS, App Store, device, network, legal, security, or third-party service changes. TrueTapp does not promise uninterrupted, error-free, or permanent access.
Where reasonably possible and required by law, TrueTapp will provide appropriate notice of material changes that substantially affect a paid service.
11. Intellectual property
The app, its original design, software, text, and TrueTapp branding are owned by TrueTapp or its licensors and protected by law. Third-party names, content, services, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
No use of a third-party name or compatibility reference means that the third party sponsors, endorses, or is affiliated with Messenger Multi Business.
12. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the app at any time. TrueTapp may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, protection of users or services, serious or repeated breach of these Terms, or discontinuation of the app.
Termination does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription. Manage subscriptions through your Apple Account. Provisions that by their nature should survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute terms, remain in effect.
13. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app and optional tools are provided “as is” and “as available.” TrueTapp disclaims warranties that can legally be disclaimed, including uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every third-party change, or accuracy of AI output.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, remedies, or responsibilities that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrueTapp is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, business interruption, third-party account actions, or third-party service outages arising from use of the app.
Any limitation applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law. It does not limit liability that cannot legally be limited, including mandatory consumer protections.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without removing any mandatory protection or forum available to you under the law where you live. Before filing a formal claim, you may contact [email protected] so the parties can try to resolve the issue informally.
16. Changes and contact
TrueTapp may update these Terms to reflect app, provider, legal, or business changes. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by law.
